Ever since I was a little girl, I can remember baking cookies with my mom. Back then, we used to make all different types of box cookie mixes for the holidays. When I went into high school, I found an interest in decorating cakes or other baked treats. Now I am married with a house of my own, and I found that box mixes are not as much fun as measuring out all the ingredients myself. I am a Kindergarten teacher during my normal work week. I bake nights and weekends. I love finding new and fun treats to share with people for any occasion they may have.
